The terms and conditions listed below relate to sales of
goods from this web site to business customers.
We do not have consumer terms and conditions, as these are
determined by specific legislation, the Sale of Goods Act
1979, the Sale and Supply of Goods Act 1994, and the Unfair
Contract Terms Act 1977.
Terms

prices shown are based on payment in advance by accepted
credit or debit cards.

Any
goods supplied are not warranted as suitable for
a particular purpose, and the purchaser should check
specifications and suitability with manufacturers
before ordering.
- Goods
offered are subject to availability. In the event of
non-availability of goods, we reserve the right to rescind
the contract.
- The
prices and manufacturers specifications are subject to
change without notice. Minor specification variations
do not entitle the purchaser to rescind the contract.
Prices may also change because of currency fluctuations.
- Claims
for damage, non-functionality and mis-shipping must be
made within seven days of receipt. After this date, and
in all circumstances after 28 days, repair and not replacement
will be offered.

No
opened software will be accepted for credit and faulty
media will be exchanged by the by manufacturer.

You
are responsible for ensuring safe delivery any returned
item.

We
are not responsible for any consequential loss or expenses,
howsoever caused, including incidental returns costs.

If
part of these terms is found to be unlawful, it shall
not affect the validity of the remainder.
